Cancellation policy
- Generous cancellation policy when you book directly with us. Cancellation must be made no later than 3 days before the stated arrival date. For cancellations later than that, we charge one night's accommodation.
- If you book for more guests, you are ultimately responsible for paying for the booking, unless otherwise agreed. For bookings of 5 rooms or more, an advance payment applies a couple of weeks in advance and a 10-night cancellation rule.
