Generous cancellation policy when you book directly with us. Cancellation must be made no later than 3 days before the stated arrival date. For cancellations later than that, we charge one night's accommodation.
If you book for more guests, you are ultimately responsible for paying for the booking, unless otherwise agreed. For bookings of 5 rooms or more, an advance payment applies a couple of weeks in advance and a 10-night cancellation rule.
